Found something today via Paul Andrew's blog that I had to find sooner than this when was looking for it for a buddy: Workflow Foundation Tools.
Wokflow Foundation Tools is a set of functional persistence and tracking service implementations for SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL. If you go back to last year this time and read my posts about SqlWorkflowPersistenceService, SqlTrackingService and TrackingProfile then remember that Windows Workflow supports SQL Server default implementation for persistence and tracking services out of the box. The Workflow Foundation Tools project has filled this gap by providing implementations for Oracle and MySQL.
It's worth to mention that this project is licensed under Microsoft Community License (Ms-CL).
