Yes, believe it or not, but now I'm going to start the last six months of my mandatory military service. You know that I give a short status of my service on a regular basis and now I've passed the 14th month to talk about it!
Today I also finished a year in the organization. Last year this time, I finished my military training to join the organization and now I'm an old guy at the service office!
I never could imagine that I can get to this point and at first glance it seemed too hard to pass the service with the hard conditions but fortunately I made it!
Dave was kind enough to write about me in one of his monthly bits and had pointed some facts about the military service. Generally, he's right. Military service is hard enough to take you off from all other stuff and usually people try to spend their free times with fun stuff to pass it faster.
Nothing different here and I know many guys who listen to rock and roll, smoke and use drugs to pass the time. One of the things that I always tried to avoid is wasting my time and energy because I think that I'll miss much more if I do not try at this position. There is something bad that has happened to me but I'll double it if I swim in the same direction that it wants!
Things are so hard, harder than what you can imagine from the outside. But despite all its bad stuff and wasting the best years of your life, it's a good training to learn how to live under worst conditions. It's not easy to manage your life when they get your best hours and leave you tired, angry and upset but we're all damaged by laws and politics! Here is a good opportunity to me to apply what I read in life hack books and prove that you can!
I had no choice and had to pass this service but sweared to pass it in the best form that I can and I think that I've been able to achieve my that to this point. I had only one goal from passing the service and now I'm going to start the progress for that goal.
However, things are a little better now. I've adapted myself with the environment and actually they also believed that it's better to use my experiences to help themselves. I'm glad to see such a reform from them and I hope that they keep it this way in the next six months as well. During the last two months we had the long new year holidays and I also took a week off to work on a big project that I hope that I can announce it in the next couple of weeks.
These days the worst thing is spring weather which makes me (and many other guys) asleep. Time goes smoothly and I'm getting closer to hit the point that I've been planning in the last 5-6 years!
