I'm Keyvan Nayyeri, a 25 years old Ph.D. student at
the Computer Science department of
the University of Texas at San Antonio.
I'm also
a Software Architect and Developer and previously held a B.Sc.
degree in Applied Mathematics.
This is my blog where I publish content about various topics specifically Programming Languages and Compilers, Software
Engineering and Programming.
Novak Istvan is one of the top active members of the Visual Studio Extensibility community who has contributed unique and great stuff to this community.
Novak is very well-known for his CodePlex project called LearnVSXNow! and his great English blog about VSX that includes many articles about VSX development.
Novak has written a series of articles about VSX based on his own code or the existing open source code from the community in order to teach VSX to readers.
He has chosen a practical approach based on the code and example to teach such concepts in an excellent way. Novak develops his project on CodePlex smoothly and covers each change in the code in a separate post and targets a topic. In the recent months he has contributed to the community very actively that most likely you've heard about them and he deserves a good praise from us.
One of the latest things that he has done is writing a new LearnVSXNow! series for PowerCommands to show the reader how these helpful commands are developed for Visual Studio.
If you're interested in VSX topic, his CodePlex project and his blog are two must follow things for you. Unfortunately he started his project and his blog after that I wrote resources appendix of my book otherwise I had to list his blog and project there.

Hello from a colleague in the U.S.A. As a Solution Architect, I have seen and read many articles in my continued studies and research into advanced methodologies, programming and architectural best practices, design patterns, and the like. It is nice to see the spirit of one's own self study in practice, as well as refreshing to see the kindness to share with others and teach one another.
With outreach spanning from articles such as Keyvan shares openly with his readers, such as the many great contributions found here and elsewhere.
It is my hope that we all continue to share this spirit of unity and sharing of knowledge freely with those of open minds, which can only help to continue to create a world where it just may be possible to free ourselves of political chains of governing bodies which may not always agree or appreciate one's efforts in this regard.
Best wishes always,
Chris D., U.S.A.
