Graffiti 1.0 Service Pack 1

As some of you may noticed, earlier today Telligent released Graffiti 1.0 Service Pack 1 with a long list of bug fixes, feature improvements and new API changes.

Original announcement lists all the changes and the major changes are lots of additions to API  in order to fix some issues and provide more extensibility options for developers as well as the addition of new Chalk collections to let you display trackbacks that are already in database (the capability to send and receive trackbacks is planned for next release).

Even though this service pack couldn't solve the search issue on my site but it solved lots of problems in API that were affecting my Graffiti plug-ins. After the release of Graffiti 1.0 I sent some of these issues to Scott and he confirmed that all these issues will be solved with some great additions to the API.

I applied this service pack to my site in a few seconds and so far don't have any problem with it.

Service Pack 1 breaks some Graffiti plug-ins including a few plug-ins that I have written for Graffiti 1.0. So I applied some changes in my Graffiti Extras source code to use the new API and this helped to solve some issues.

I updated the binary and source code download packages for Graffiti Extras project to include the most recent changes and you can download them from here.
