Graffiti 1.0 Released

You may already know that Graffiti 1.0, the first final version of new Telligent CMS for easy content publishing, has been released to public in less than an hour ago!

Telligent announced the availability of Graffiti 1.0 RTW and noted that there are some bug fixes from Beta 2 as well as new themes. The other good news is Graffiti now can work under Mono so can be installed on Linux or OS X.

There is something completely new for Graffiti and that is Graffiti Marketplace where is a good place to find, purchase and download free or commercial themes, plug-ins or widgets.

You can download this new version from here. This version comes with the final licensing as well so you can purchase appropriate license for your sites to install. Some professional features for commercial users are reporting and workflow.

I upgraded both this blog and BlogML site to Graffiti 1.0 RTW in less than ten minutes and both sites are working fine. There aren't major changes in comparison with Beta 2 to note.

You may ask about Graffiti Extras project and its status. In short time I recompiled the project with Graffiti 1.0 references and applied some changes to solve a few issues with the changes in API. You can download the latest stable bit from here.

Hopefully you can get your hands on Graffiti Extras 1.0 by the end of week. I've applied some bug fixes and feature improvements to the current extras and have added a few new plug-ins. Right now I'm working on some other ideas that will be wrapped up in version 1.0 very very soon!

Keyvan,

Searching your site seems to always return "No Results"

@Marc:

Yes, I'm already aware of this issue on this site and BlogML site and am going to have a conversation with Scott Watermasysk about it.

Cool, just making sure you knew.

Your blog has some of the richest Community Server API information available via your Dev Guides. I use it all the time, so search helps. Maybe you'll eventually write your own CS book? That would be great! =)
