As Simone has pointed out, ASP.NET team had a quiet update on the ASP.NET MVC by releasing Preview 5 on CodePlex workspace. Since we have started our work on Beginning ASP.NET MVC with Simone, it looks like that he doesn’t sleep and just checks the workspace on a regular basis to see what’s new with the framework!!
In comparison with Preview 4, ASP.NET MVC Preview 5 should be considered as a minor update because there aren’t frequent changes and bug fixes for this build. Moreover, the source code is not available for public download yet.
I was about to begin my work on a new chapter of the book and it was good to hear about the new build to use the most recent version. I think that we’re rolling very well with the ASP.NET MVC team and our book deadlines are scheduled very well.
I’m also going to start my work on a few projects with the ASP.NET MVC that I will write about them in the near future and may publish them as open source projects. Beside this, Simone and I will include two case studies for the ASP.NET MVC in our book that should be helpful for our readers.

Well... that's a matter of fact :)
PS: why do I've to type all my data everytime I comment? Why Graffiti doesn't have a "Remember me" checkbox?

I don't know why but will ask about that from Scott Water on Twitter ;-)

Preview 5 seems a pretty major update to me. The full power of ModelBinders and RenderPartial is really beginning to flesh out the validation and component picture. It would be good if blogs cover the state of play in these areas.

@Andy:
Yes, you're right! My initial impression was based on the short description that was provided on the ASP.NET MVC workspace.
