Phalanger - PHP Language Compiler for .NET Framework
Today Phalanger team announced first Beta release of its 2.0 version.
Phalanger is a PHP compiler for .NET Framework. This means using Phalanger you can write PHP codes and run them under .NET Framework and IIS. One another important feature that this compiler enables for you is the ability to use thousands of .NET great classes.
One cool feature of this compiler (according to what they said) is you can write an ASP.NET application with PHP codes for code-behind so PHP programmers can enjoy the power of .NET.
Phalanger is under SS-PL license, hosted on CodePlex and its team has provided a sample personal website application for this compiler.
